Will and Jacki Haley are the husband-and-wife team behind Dragons BBQ, a family-run business known for its bold, flavorful sauces and strong community roots.

Will, the founder and visionary, draws on his Kansas farm upbringing and years of BBQ competition experience to craft signature sauces and lead the company’s catering arm. His passion for the art of BBQ and commitment to quality have built Dragons BBQ into a trusted brand across the region.

Jacki plays an essential role in the business — managing operations, marketing, and customer engagement. Her organizational talent, warmth, and attention to detail help keep the business running smoothly and true to its values of family, quality, and personalized service.

Together, the Haleys live in Pleasanton, Nebraska, with their son Wells, where they continue to grow Dragons BBQ while building strong relationships with customers and their community.
